By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Our Products

Wagyu Prime offers premium frozen Wagyu beef products directly to end consumers (B2C).

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per order;

• Modify product offerings;

• Discontinue products without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions are presented with care and accuracy; however, slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of premium beef products.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Once an order is confirmed, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Wagyu Prime. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion;

• Cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity;

• Request additional verification prior to processing an order.

An order is deemed confirmed only once it has been processed and accepted by the Company.

4. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery

• Card on Delivery

• Bank Transfer

Payment must be completed in accordance with the selected method before ownership of the products transfers to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears irregular or unauthorized.

5. Nationwide Delivery

Wagyu Prime delivers across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and operational conditions. While we strive for timely fulfillment, we shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Product Care & Storage

Wagyu Prime products are delivered frozen to preserve quality, flavor, and integrity.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are immediately stored under appropriate freezing conditions upon receipt.

The Company shall not be responsible for any deterioration, spoilage, or quality changes resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wagyu Prime website - including text, product descriptions, visuals, branding, logos, graphics, and design elements - is the exclusive property of Raya for FMCG Distribution and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Egyptian law:

• Wagyu Prime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.

• Total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

12. Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this website with the updated revision date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
